What I collect and why
- Contact form and email: name, work email, company, message, company size. Purpose: reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps requested before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Booking page: name, phone number, work email, the topic you choose and the time you book. Purpose: hold the call, send you a confirmation with a calendar invite, and call you. The booking is stored on this site's server so the time stays taken. Legal basis: steps requested before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Server logs: IP address, browser, time, page. Purpose: security and fault finding. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- This site does not use analytics. It does not store anything on your device in order to measure visits, and it does not identify you for advertising.
- WhatsApp, phone and LinkedIn: if you contact me there, those services process your data under their own terms.
How long

Who else sees it

Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Email me. You can complain to a data protection authority: in Hungary the NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság), or the authority in your own country. In Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission.
